Ulloa, Rojas wins HBCUAC Weekly Honors

After helping Wiley University men's soccer take sole possession of first place in the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Athletic Conference West Division, Anthony Ulloa wins HBCUAC Offensive Player of the Week and Daniel Rojas claims Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Ulloa netted his fifth goal of the season in the fifth minute to set the tone for the Wildcats' 2-0 victory over Huston-Tillotson University on October 13. It was his third match-winning goal of the season and he moves into a tie for the conference lead in goals scored. This is Ulloa's third weekly honor.
 
Rojas posted his second solo shutout and contributed to his third. He stopped three shots. Rojas improved to 3-0-0 and has a 0.34 goals against average in four starts.This is his third weekly award.
 
The awards give the Wildcats 17 on the season. They wrap up the regular season and HBCUAC play at Paul Quinn College on Thursday and at Huston-Tillotson on Saturday.
