Tutt-Moutouo wins fourth HBCUAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week Award
Wiley University women's track and field athlete Meeyesha Tutt-Moutouo brings home Historically Black Colleges and Universities Athletic Conference (HBCUAC) Field Athlete of the Week for the fourth time this season. She was recognized for her achievements between March 31 and April 6, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Tutt-Moutouo was within a meter of the qualifying standard in the triple jump and had a podium finish in the long jump. She ranks in the top 50 out of HBCU athletes in both events. Tutt-Moutouo is the defending conference champion in the long jump and high jump.
This is the sixth weekly honor won by the Lady Wildcats. Ariel Johnson won Track Athlete of the Week twice. The Lady Wildcats will compete in the 2025 HBCUAC Track and Field Championship Friday and Saturday.
