Nerestant garners HBCU Live Xperience All-Star Game Selection

Wiley University forward Jessica Nerestant will conclude her playing career competing with and against the best Historically Black Colleges and Universities athletes in the 2026 Austin Area Urban League HBCU Live Xperience All-Star Game at 3 p.m. Saturday inside the Alamo Convocation Center in San Antonio, Texas.

 

The game will stream on the Antlers Sport Network. Nerestant will play for Team Hawkins and get to compete with some of the players she faced during HBCU Athletic Conference play.

 

In her two seasons with the Lady Wildcats, Nerestant made an immediate impact. She averaged 10.1 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. While she battled injuries in the first half of the season but returned to form in the second half, finishing the season with seven double-doubles. Nerestant helped the Lady Wildcats reach the HBCUAC Championship game last season and win the HBCUAC West Division Title this season.

 

Prior to Wiley, Nerestant was a dominant player for Arkansas Baptist College. In two seasons, she averaged 10.1 points and 10.7 rebounds per game. She recorded 14 double-doubles and earned All-Continental Athletic Conference Honorable Mention in both seasons.
